Aaron Sanko is a Performing Arts Executive and Consultant with a diverse background in artistic and non-artistic ventures. Currently Managing Director of UIA Talent Agency, he represents a roster of singers, actors, and creatives in numerous genres. His clients appear in leading roles on Broadway, on screen, and in prestigious opera and concert venues throughout the world. Prior to this appointment, Sanko founded Cruxory Group, providing management consulting and production services to performing arts organizations.

As General Partner/Music Supervisor for Mind the Art Entertainment, Sanko helmed award-winning productions of Whiskey Pants… (Off Broadway) and Fatty Fatty No Friends (Best of Fest, NYMF 2018). In 2018, he executive produced a new musical at St. Lou Fringe, before serving as Music Director for The Wiz in Liberia--the first musical presented in the country’s history.

 Further producing credits include the Tony-award nominated revival of Spring Awakening on Broadway, and by Sondheim’s Merrily We Roll Along at The Wallis in Los Angeles. Sanko’s résumé includes HR and operations leadership roles at corporations including Best Buy and Starbucks.

A highly-sought-after public speaker and lecturer, he presents his unique point of view in seminars, masterclasses, and panel discussions for a variety of audiences across multiple sectors of the entertainment industry for organizations including: National Alliance of Musical Theatre, Alliance of Resident Theatres New York, Opera America, New York Actors’ Connection, Eastman School of Music, University of Michigan, OperaWorks, New York Dramatic Voices, and The Commercial Theatre Institute.

A proud supporter of mission-driven nonprofit organizations, he recently led a new initiative to create an organizational strategy for leveraging the young professional demographic of donors and leaders as a Founding Executive Committee Member of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS’ NextGen Advocates.

 Mr. Sanko graduated from the Interlochen Arts Academy before studying Voice and Music Education at the Eastman School of Music.  He earned a degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, and is a proud alumnus of the intensive programs at The Broadway League’s Commercial Theatre Institute.
